‘Both need to be loaned’, ‘yes, I agree both are not good enough’, ‘sell the two in January’ – Chelsea owner todd Boehly claim two Chelsea players are not good enough to play

Chelsea duo Armando Broja and Noni Madueke are considering their futures at the club, according to The Telegraph.

While Broja has had his injury problems, he has found himself behind Nicolas Jackson in the pecking order even when fit. With a new No.9 believed to be a top priority for the January transfer window, he could slip down to third choice. Madueke, meanwhile, has struggled to get a look-in since the appointment of Mauricio Pochettino as manager. The winger has made just two starts in total this season. Fans on X had a mixed reaction to the news:

Chelsea selling their best Striker

been reported that the Blues have turned down an approach from Fulham for Broja.

Other Premier League teams, including West Ham, are known to be interested in the Albanian international but it seems Chelsea are reluctant to sell the striker at the moment. Their stance could change, though, if they make progress in negotiations for Napoli’s Victor Osimhen.

The London club may need to raise cash to sign the Nigerian international in January, and offloading Broja could then be considered.

Madueke could be let go if the right offer arrives
While the winger did impress during Frank Lampard’s stint as caretaker at the end of last season, he has failed to kick on since then.

There have been questions about Madueke’s attitude but he is still part of the first-team squad. Pochettino has, however, used him sparingly, with the 21-year-old’s last start coming against Brentford in the 2-0 defeat just over a month ago.
