Premier League superstar who has more goals than Phil Foden this Season is out for NINE months after getting injured on international duty.

West Ham forward Michail Antonio might be out for up to nine months after sustaining a knee injury while on international duty, according to reports.

According to the Telegraph, Antonio was injured during Jamaica’s CONCACAF Nations League match against Canada.

He allegedly played on for 10 minutes after suffering the injury, and West Ham were apparently “furious” that he did so.

Antonio has already made 14 appearances for the Hammers this season, scoring two goals and providing two assists while playing 884 minutes

Both of his goals came early in the season in crucial games, aiding his team to victories over Chelsea and Brighton.

West Ham currently sits ninth in the Premier League with 17 points, having won five, drawn two, and lost five of their first 12 games.

An injury to Antonio could open up possibilities for Danny Ings and Divin Mubama up forward, but Jarrod Bowen has also been utilised as a centre forward recently.
