Real Madrid have made it a habit in recent years to sign some of the brightest young talents in world football. Fresneda is just 18 years of age but has already established himself as a starter for Real Valladolid. But following their relegation to the second division, the Spanish youth international is expected to leave the club this summer. Real Madrid are not the only ones interested in signing him though.

As reported by Mundo Deportivo, Fresneda’s release clause has dropped to €20 million after Real Valladolid’s relegation. In England, they say that Arsenal have reactivated their interest in the Spaniard, who has always been liked by their manager, Mikel Arteta. The contacts would have already started.
Other than Real Madrid and Barcelona, the likes of Juventus, Barcelona and AC Milan are also believed to hold an interest in Fresneda. Thus, the race to sign him is expected to be very tough.
