The Blues beat Brighton 3-2 in the Premier League on Sunday and face Erik ten Hag’s side in midweek

Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has sent a warning the way of Manchester United ahead of his side’s midweek clash at Old Trafford.

The Blues successfully saw off Brighton and Hove Albion 3-2 in the Premier League on Sunday, despite playing all of the second half with 10 men after Conor Gallagher was dismissed. Chelsea haven’t beaten United since 2020 and will be looking to avenge their 4-1 defeat at the Theatre of Dreams last season.

Erik ten Hag’s will also be desperate to put on a show after their dismal 1-0 defeat against Newcastle United on Saturday evening, as Anthony Gordon’s second-half strike condemned the Red Devils to a sixth Premier League defeat of the season so far.
