Akwa Ibom APC: Appeal Court dismisses Suit against Stephen Ntukekpo [PHOTOS]

The Appeal filed by the embattled former National Secretary of All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator John James Akpanudoedehe against the leadership of the Party in Akwa Ibom State has been dismissed.

The Order of dismissal followed a NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL filed at the Court of Appeal by the erstwhile Party scribe.

Senator Udoedehe had frantically sought to upturn the judgement of the Federal High Court which ousted Mr. Austin Ekanem and declared Obong Stephen Ntukekpo as Akwa Ibom APC Chairman.

Udoedehe contested and lost the Primaries of the APC to Obong Akan Udofia where he scored two votes.
