Chelsea winger Noni Madueke has been spotted back training with the first team this week ahead of their return to domestic cup action.
A collection of pictures from training on the club’s website show the 21-year-old back amongst it after being nowhere to be seen when the Blues were last in action.
Madueke did not even make the bench for Sunday’s defeat to Aston Villa, with more misery passed around Stamford Bridge
The fact that Deivid Washington was involved in the squad just two days after taking part in U21 action would suggest that the Englishman was not seen due to injuries that have been plaguing him for the majority of the season.
His only start of the campaign for the Blues was against Wimbledon in the League Cup, where he put in a player of the match performance to carry them to a victory.

This display saw him come in for plenty of praise from those watching the game, with pundit Scott Minto describing him as ‘dangerous’.
With how the fixtures are coming, it looks like his next appearance could well also come in that competition when Chelsea host Brighton in the next round.
The strength in depth has been clear to see for the Seagulls this season, as Roberto de Zerbi has had European football to deal with for the first time on the South Coast.
A run in a domestic cup could be important for confidence around Stamford Bridge, however many would trade an exit at this early stage for a run of wins to come in the Premier League.
The Blues have just one victory so far from their opening six fixtures
